What We Do
Step One: Field Survey
The process begins with an analysis of the existing conditions of the property. Notes and pictures are taken of areas which are non-compliance with current 2012 ADA Standards for Accessible Design and 2012 Florida Accessibility Codes. These will be used to develop the written report.
Step Two: Written Report
Provide a through written report of both the interior and exterior of the building. We will review the report with our client, answer any questions and address any concerns they may have. The report will identify violations that should be addressed immediately and others which are not of immediate concern. This will assist us in developing a construction budget.
Step Three: Cost Estimating
Jonasson Inc. will then provide the client with a cost estimate to complete the work. A timeline and construction schedule will also be provided to help our client minimize the impacts on their business. We work with our clients to make the process as stress free as possible for your business and customers.
Step Four: Construction Management
Jonasson Inc. has in-house experienced professional project managers who will complete the work in a timely and efficient manner. We will review the completed work with the client and certify that everything constructed is compliant with current 2012 ADA Standards for Accessible Design and 2012 Florida Accessibility Codes.
